1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services

Glovent provides event management services, including but not limited to concert planning, wedding arrangements, birthday celebrations, corporate events, and artist bookings. Our services are subject to availability, and certain conditions may apply.

3. Embedded Content
Booking & Confirmation:

All event bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Until the deposit is received, Glovent reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings.

Payment Terms:

Payments for services must be made as outlined in the booking contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of the event.

Cancelation & Refunds:

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation terms and conditions.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
Client-Initiated Changes:

Any requests to change the date, time, or location of an event must be communicated in writing. Glovent will try to accommodate these changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Force Majeure:

Glovent shall not be liable for any event cancellations or changes due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, or natural disasters.

5. Artist and Vendor Bookings
Artist Availibity:

Artist availability is subject to change, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure the artist requested is booked for your event. In case of cancellation by the artist, Glovent will work to find a suitable replacement.

Third-Party Vendors:

Any third-party vendors booked by Glovent are contracted under their own terms and conditions. Glovent shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, or service failures by third-party vendors.

6. Liability and Insurance
Client’s Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that event attendees comply with all relevant laws, including health, safety, and noise regulations.

Liability Waiver:

Glovent shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or injuries resulting from event activities. Clients are advised to obtain event insurance to cover such contingencies.

5. Intellectual Property
  • All content, logos, images, and materials on the Glovent website are the property of Glovent. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained.
7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Azerbaijan.
